We allow for product returns in accordance with manufacturers’ return policies. Typical returns require a restocking fee of 20% and the customer is responsible for crating and shipping charges back to the manufacturer. Return policies vary by manufacturer.

We allow warranty in accordance with standard manufacturer warranty provisions depending upon what types of equipment the customer purchases. Warranty information will be provided upon customer request.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at (877) arrange for replacement or repair.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage or defective products after initial inspection, except where warranty/return policies apply according to manufacturers statement.
