RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within __________ days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We allow for product returns in accordance with Manufactures return policies. Typical returns require a restocking fee of 20% and the customer is responsible for crating and shipping charges back to the manufacturer.

Warranty:
We allow warranty in accordance with standard manufacturer warranty provisions depending upon what types of equipment the customer purchases. Warranty information will be provided upon customer request.

Leasing:
Upon customer request we will provide leasing company information for equipment purchases. These leases are not financed in house the leasing agreements will be between JayComp Development endorsed leasing companies and the purchaser this will not be held through JayComp Development Company.
